1. How quickly can you get to me?

We will get to you as soon as we can. If we are on another job, we will be on the way as soon as that one has finished! We are Southend based, but do cover most of Essex, so sometimes call out times may be a little longer depending on your area and traffic!

2. What are your prices?

3. Do you charge a call out fee?

No, we never charge a call out fee. We try our best to keep costs low for the customer.

4. What proof do I need to provide a locksmith?

We will ask for valid ID and/or proof of ownership/residency. We can still gain entry to your property if these are locked inside, but they will need to be shown once inside the property.
